The 90-minute Toolkit Seminar for all stakeholders, featuring interactive participation alongside lecture-style delivery. Explores the 5 pillars of conflict resolution, equipping delegates with evidence-based tools for enhanced communication. Each attendee receives digital takeaway resources, including Arabella’s Guide to Collaborative Conversations and presentation slides. By the end, participants understand conflict management styles, explore conflict neuropsychology, and develop assertive, solution-focused dialogues.

Benefit from a pre-course commissioner briefing with Arabella to customise the Scenario to your group’s needs. Delegates gain practical skills to tackle conflicts with colleagues, clients or customers effectively.

  • Fully interactive workshop, to follow on from the Toolkit Seminar (not available as a stand-alone)
